school review

Something new

Here is something new for ya. I painted the figure
in parts and assembled them in photoshop .
It's an illustration for a story about a conflicted
soldier called butterflies.

So I got some images in CMYK Magazine #45 - which is cool. If only I could produce some new illustrations that were worth posting.

Creative & Quarterly 16

I just found out I got into Creative & Quarterly 16. One of my illustrations will be shown in the student merit section.

I also saw that Julia Tiller from ACAD was in the runner up section.

Just "finished" my new website. Still working out the bugs but I think it's ok for the most part.

Here is a painting i did for a project on the Halifax explosion (tweaked it in photoshop). I was going for that old school feel.

It's kinda like you make your stuff and you send it out into the world. Hopefully, they will go out and lay little art\bird eggs.


I'm trying to get back to the basics in my compositions. (i.e. form, space and contrast).
